What you need to play

You need a browser, a free account with a confirmed email, to be 16 or older, and a camera and microphone. There's nothing to install.

Device and browser. You can play on a phone, tablet or computer, in a modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox. Nothing to install. It's best to hold the phone upright, but the game works in landscape too. You can add the game's icon to your phone's home screen, and it will open like a separate app.

Account and age. The game is free: no paid roles, no bank card. Sign up with an email and password or through Google, confirm that you're 16 or older and agree to the terms of use. Then open the email from us and follow the link: until your email is confirmed, you can't create rooms or join games.

Camera and microphone. The browser will ask for permission to use the camera and microphone: allow both. Without the camera you can't connect to the game, and without the microphone nobody will hear you. Once you're in the game you can turn the camera off and your avatar is shown instead of the video, but it's more fun with it on: facial expressions give the mafia away. Video and sound go live between the players in the room and are never recorded. If you only want to watch, join as an observer (if the room owner allows it): then you don't need a camera or microphone.

Company. To start a game you need at least 4 players. With a live host, the host is added on top of them and doesn't play. With the automatic host all the seats go to players.
