Who has the right to vote

Living players vote. Dead players, observers, the host and a player the prostitute blocked at night don't.

In short

  • All living players at the table have the right to vote.
  • These don't vote: dead players, ghosts, observers and the host.
  • A player blocked by the prostitute doesn't vote all day. Their window says “cannot vote”.
  • Candidates vote too, but not against themselves.
  • One player — one vote. It can't be changed.

Living players at the table vote.

These don't vote:

  • dead players, including ghosts (the dead who stayed to watch);
  • observers: they don't play, they just watch;
  • the host;
  • a player the prostitute visited last night.

If the doctor healed the blocked player that same night, the block is lifted and they vote as usual.

How to tell you've been blocked. A kiss mark lies on your window, and by day the whole table sees it. The game writes no separate message. When voting is open, your window says “cannot vote”, and everyone sees it.

When voting closes. As soon as everyone with the right to vote has voted, without waiting for the time to run out. How many have voted so far is shown in the game header: “voted N / M”, where M is everyone with the right to vote.
