Nomination: who and how many you can nominate

Whoever is speaking can nominate a player for the vote, and only one. The nominees make up the list of candidates.

In short

  • A nomination is putting a player up for the vote. The nominees make up the list of candidates.
  • The speaker nominates during their speech, and only one player.
  • The same player can't be nominated twice.
  • You can't nominate yourself, a dead player, the host or a player with immunity. A player blocked by the prostitute — you can.
  • Nobody nominated — no vote. Only one nominated — they're out without a vote.

How to nominate. After the speeches the town decides who to banish, and for that it first needs candidates. While you have the floor, you can nominate one player you suspect: click their window (or their row in the player list). The nominee gets a yellow frame.

Rules:

  • you nominate only during your speech, and only one player;
  • the same player can't be nominated twice;
  • you can't nominate yourself, a dead player, the host or a player with immunity;
  • you can nominate a player blocked by the prostitute;
  • during extra speeches (last word, defense) and on day 0 nobody is nominated.

How many candidates. As many as the speakers nominate: one from each. There's no separate cap.

What next. Nobody nominated: there's no vote, the day ends and night falls. Two or more nominated: the vote opens.
